2016/17 - User Interface, IOS App, Responsive Web Design
#Loyalty is a SaaS company based in Mumbai providing customer loyalty programs that are designed for merchants and SMEs. This project was divided into three parts namely the website, the backend application and the IOS app. We tackled each individual part one after the other to maintain consistency and build logical and relevant user experiences for the end user.
The first part of the project was redesigning the existing website and making it responsive. This was a smaller challenge as compared to other parts of the project but was finished first due to the urgency. I quickly started making various wireframe options to get the process started.
Once we, shortlisted the wireframe layouts, colours, icons and fonts, we began creating the final set of designs for each page along with a basic invision prototype.
The next milestone was redesigning the backend dashboard application for merchants to manage their loyalty programs. The upgraded dashboard had added features like a step by step campaign builder, analytics, automated solutions, partnership programs and so on. They had already developed, it w the functionalities for all these features and needed a modern, simple to use design that would give a premium or enterprise look. With initial sketches from the client, we began envisioning the dashboard through various discussions on UX strategies and design decisions.
The final milestone of the project was redesigning the IOS application. Their existing application had limited functionalities and they needed a modern app to reposition themselves in the market as well as maintain brand continuity. We had a two week UX session where we discovered all possible user journeys for the app along while addressing the larger question of why should someone use it in the first place.
